All content provided on this platform, including but not limited to videos, live training recordings, exam simulators, PDF guides, text, graphics, and code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Creativity House Sdn Bhd.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content.
  • Account sharing, screen recording, and unauthorized downloading of materials are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Creativity House is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

  • Pricing: We reserve the right to modify the pricing of our delivery modes (Live, Recorded, Simulator) at any time.
  • Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you have viewed less than 20% of the course content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creativity House Sdn Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, your inability to access the platform, or your performance on any third-party certification exams (e.g., PMI®).

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
